We have doubled our square footage, added a full bar with mixed beverages, included 2 rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, 2 full-service kitchens plus a NOLA inspired courtyard for dining. Additionally, there is a Creole-style structure with an elevator to an ADA restroom and baby-changing station on the second floor. The original restaurant's dining room and the entire 130 year old building have remained open and intact throughout the construction—the result of highly skilled engineering. It's a cantilevered masterpiece.
